HOW CAN I BOOK MY TOUR?
You can book our services, well in advance, directly from our website by clicking on “Book now” and filling out ALL the fields required. You shall receive a confirmation of the reservation and of the price agreed upon at your email address within 8 hours

WILL MY RESERVATION BE CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD?
We only charge for pre-paid services. The information we require are only necessary to guarantee your reservation. The payment will be made directly by credit card or local currency. We shall send you an email with the receipt of payment.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY RESERVATION?
Any cancellation and/or modification are accepted, provided that we are informed at least 48 hours in advance. Once we receive your email with your requests, we shall send a confirmation of the cancellation/modification.

ARE YOUR VEHICLES CLEAN?
Of course they are. Our drivers (in their suit and tie) personally take care of their own car and of their look. Smoking or eating is forbidden on board.

SHALL MY DRIVER RESPECT SPEED LIMITS?
Absolutely yes. Any tour must be safe, interesting, amusing and relaxing. Moreover, penalties for this kind of violation are very severe in Italy.

IN CASE OUR FLIGHT OR CRUISE GET CANCELLED, THERE WILL BE ANY CHARGE FOR US?
Of course not. Moreover, in case of delays of your flight or cruise, your driver will be waiting for you and will deliver the service you have booked.
